WEIGH MAGIC SEASONING SYSTEM
Weigh magic supports in accurate dispensing of seasoning on the product,based on the running weight of the product. For example, if required seasoning is 7% of every 1Kg product, it will accurately dispense seasoning based on the weight of the product, in this case 70gm on 1kg product. If there is an interruption/variation in the flow rate of the product, seasoning will be adjusted accordingly. Weigh Magic will provide consistent seasoning for every batch of the product increasing consistency and taste of the product.
Product (chips, kurkure, corn snacks, Namkeen, Pellet etc) is received on a weigh vibrator from a transfer conveyor. This weigh vibrator takes weigh readings continuouslyas the product passes over the load cells placed in the
system. Once there is product on the weigh tray, it will send a signal to PLC and Motor Control Panel to measure the weight and adjust the seasoning (dry seasoning dispenser/oil spray) module accordingly. This Auto Compensation of weight loss dispenses consistent seasoning distribution to maintain same flavour of the product.
